Signature Initiative
At the heart of Emily’s legacy is Miami Women Who Rock, a dynamic organization dedicated to celebrating, supporting, and empowering women through networking, wellness-focused events, and community initiatives.
What sets Miami Women Who Rock apart is its emphasis on health as power — physical, mental, emotional, and professional. Under Emily’s leadership, the organization has become a trusted space where women connect, heal, grow, and lead.
Established 2025

Building on the momentum of its Miami counterpart, Palm Beach Women Who Rock was founded in 2025 to expand the movement into the Palm Beach market — connecting a new circle of women leaders, philanthropists, and entrepreneurs through the same ethos of community, wellness, and impact.

Fifty Shades of Pink
One of Emily’s most impactful initiatives is the Fifty Shades of Pink RockStar Awards — an annual signature event hosted by Miami Women Who Rock.
This powerful evening honors breast cancer survivors, advocates, and allies, turning personal stories of resilience into collective strength.
Benefiting organizations include the Pink Luminous Advocacy Project, Day of Caring for Breast Cancer Awareness Initiative, Chapman Partnership, and the American Cancer Society.
Through this initiative, Emily has transformed advocacy into tangible impact — proving that leadership is most powerful when rooted in compassion.
